Unloading is permitted close to the cottage (free road-side parking is sometimes available), whilst public car park approx 100 yards away.

A convenient location in what is reputed to be the largest village in the country. A bowling green, gardens and childrens' play area are also closeby and a local pub serving good quality meals is approx 100 yards. Ideally situated for walking or cycling along the Tarka Trail which follows the route of the old railway (cycle hire available nearby). The historic market town of Barnstaple is just 15 minutes away whilst the superb surfing beach and Saunton championship golf course is within 3 miles. Croyde, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and the splendour of Exmoor are also within a short scenic drive.
