We are happy to advise on sourcing furniture and equipment and putting owners in touch with local reputable tradesmen. Personal visits are arranged to take photographs and allow us to write up the property’s details, making sure we capture the essence of the place, the locality and things to do in the area.
Once a property is ready, we invite our inspector to grade the property so visitors know what to expect. If necessary they’ll suggest changes to improve the way you present your property so that it’ll appeal to as many people as possible.
