Located in an enviable position in the charming village of Instow, a haven for beachgoers and dog walkers with a scenic coastline and a vast choice of delicious eateries. The waterfront features spectacular views over the estuary to the equally scenic village of Appledore, and the postcard-worthy views are completed by the pretty boats dotted around the water.

Along with the stunning scenery at Instow, there are a number of alternative beaches nearby, such as Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands. These beaches are among the most popular surf and swim spots in North Devon, and are perfect for families, sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts alike with a vast array of activities to choose between. In the summer months, take the ferry service from Instow to Appledore to enjoy a Hockings ice cream and perhaps take part in a sailing lesson. Walkers, cyclists and runners can enjoy a variety of paths nearby, including the North Devon Tarka Trail, above which sits this comfortable, pleasant property.
