Keepers Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and sits on a quiet lane leading directly on to Exmoor Common. The extremely comfortable and modern minimalist decor puts the focus on the stunning views from the cottage. This roomy detached home provides seclusion and tranquillity but is, at the same time, within a short drive of the ever popular twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, while a brisk walk takes you to the village of Barbrook a mile away with its general stores.

This charming property is surrounded by terraced gardens and is sure to be a hit with both families and groups of friends all year round. The furnishings are stylish throughout. Be aware of some low points with limited head height and a few low internal steps. There are great views across the vibrant Exmoor countryside towards the sea from most rooms. The spacious lounge has two large sofas and there is a woodburner for the cooler months. A snug upstairs is perfect for relaxation and reading or games for the young at heart and kids. A dining room with contemporary furnishings is perfect for family meals and leads through to a well equipped modern kitchen.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms with scenic sea and countryside views, two with King sized beds and one with Twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite while the other bedrooms are served by the main bathroom.

There is lots of space outside with lawns, a patio and outside furniture for al fresco dining. The twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth are just two miles away and offer a wide selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as tennis courts, a bowling green and a cinema
