Seafern is the gift that keeps on giving with everything you could want on a Devon holiday and more. Sat on the Summerhouse Path in the delightful village of Lynmouth, this attractive ground floor apartment greets you with flower-filled tubs and climbers. The spacious lounge enjoys sea and village views. It is welcoming with comfortable setees and an electric fire. The up-to-date fully equipped kitchen diner has a wooden floor with double patio doors opening out onto a balcony with some sea views. Beyond the kitchen a hall leads to the bedrooms, the master with a Queen sized bed and the second with a smaller four foot double bed. Both bedrooms are served by a stylish bathroom. Seafern is a winning blend of original character and modern styling yet a stone's throw from the river, beach, and village centre. The pretty village of Lynmouth sits at sea level, following the River Lyn down to the sea, while Lynton sits higher in the trees, full of quaint narrow lanes and independent shops to explore. Often known as Little Switzerland, the area is a walkers' paradise. For a unique coastal walk, follow the path from Lynton to the iconic Valley of Rocks, famous for its unusual geology and intrepid goats. Take a trip on the water-powered funicular cliff train to visit Lynton. A short drive takes you to Exmoor National Park, which has Europe’s very first International Dark Sky Reserve, the tallest tree in England, the highest cliffs in England, almost 250 species of bird and over 1,000 different flowering plants and grasses, the highest number of wild red deer in England and wild native ponies, perfectly adapted to the upland conditions of Exmoor
