The property and location was stunning. The views outstanding. Alison was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. The furnishings are of a very high standard and the conservatory a lovely bonus. The dogs had a lovely time exploring the garden and the extended 16 acres available to guests. Would highly recommend and will be staying again in future
Beautifully furnished and in a wonderfully peaceful location. Great base for exploring North Devon.

Lovely views and walks, great spaces and a lovely conservatory. Look out for the cats!especially Bongo (slim black cat) and Tornado (grey kitten)! Alison was very nice, we hope to come again soon :)
Lovely, peaceful, comfortable house. Very well and 5* accommodation with lovely extras. Hope to return in the future. Thank you
This was our 2nd visit and we think that speaks for itself. A wonderful location, perfect cottage to be at one with the beautiful rural location. Peaceful & tranquil. Comfortable, warm and has everything we needed. If you get the chance have a seat in the lovely conservatory and loose yourself in the rolling countryside view, which is particularly amazing of an evening and the sunsets are just stunning. Alison and her family are amazing, so welcoming, friendly and down to earth. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We look forward very much to our next visit, which hopefully won’t be too long away. Thank you again
We had a wonderful stay. Perfect cottage and superb location. Owners were very friendly and great with our son. We were very comfortable, lounge and bedrooms particularly comfortable. Loved the conservatory with the uninterrupted view of the rolling countryside. We loved our stay so much that we have re booked for May half term. We cannot wait to return.
