Located in the beautiful surroundings of the Taw Valley and offering far reaching countryside views this delightful cottage is presented in a modern cottage style and offers spacious high quality accommodation.  In a tranquil setting on a quiet country lane yet only a short drive to a choice of pretty North Devon villages and character pubs serving good food. With easy access to the wilds of Exmoor, picturesque coastal villages and splendid beaches as well as the opportunity to explore the historic city of Exeter.  Ideal for families with ample facilities and space for all to relax as well as couples wishing to holiday together.  The main living room is on the first floor to take advantage of the triple aspect views but there is additional living space on the ground floor.  There are three attractive bedrooms, a master bedroom on the first floor with ensuite facilities, a twin bedded also on the first floor with use of family bathroom and a ground floor double close to ground floor shower room. With private driveway and an enclosed patio garden this is a property which will provide a cosy retreat no matter what the season.

Dining room: With large table for 6 and country views
