This detached corner plot bungalow is in a great location in the delightful village of Woolsery (also known as Woolfardisworthy), close to the Post Office stores, fish and chip shop and next to the village primary school and opposite the Farmers Arms pub. Newcroft provides a great base from which to enjoy your holiday amidst relaxing surroundings and with easy access to the spectacular coastline of North Devon and Cornwall.

The room is triple aspect and spacious for four guests with a solid wood dining table and comfortable sofa and two armchairs, TV and DVD. A selection of games and books are provided.  New fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer.
