Description

This delightful first floor apartment is situated within the heart of the village of Woolacombe above the cafés and owners’ fish & chip shop.  Offering spectacular views from the sitting room across the village and out to sea!  As you enter through the shared entrance and take the first flight of stairs this will lead you through your own entrance door to the spacious well-appointed apartment.  The large hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with King size sleigh bed and the second room with two singles.  Spacious bathroom with corner shower, bath, washbasin and WC.  The kitchen with its handmade white units with built in double electric oven, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment.  There is a little fold out table with two chairs ideal for feeding the children.  The sitting/dining room offers a wall of windows with entrance onto the balcony which provides seating for taking in the ambience of the village life, watch people walking around and take in those sea views.  You have two comfortable sofas a feature marble fireplace and large smart TV with chrome cast to download straight from your phone. The dining table is situated by the window again to benefit from the views perfect for that morning cup of coffee.  The property also benefits from its own private parking space for one car.

Within a short stroll you can be on the beautiful sandy beach with its three-mile expanse of golden sands and is renowned for its dramatic coastal cliffs and landscape. Due to Atlantic waves, the swell is somewhat large at times making it ideal for surfing with a wonderful network of cliff top walks that take in sweeping views of the sands.   The village with an array of restaurants and cafes around the apartment making it an easy option to eat out this will definitely give you a holiday feel.

Private allocated parking for 1 car within a 200 yard walk as this is monitored using an Automatic car registration recognition system please inform us of the car registration for the vehicle you will be parking in this area at time of booking.
