The view from this second floor apartment is simply breath-taking and in somewhat of a unique position for Woolacombe. Imagine relaxing on the veranda with a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine whilst overlooking the full 3 mile expanse of the magnificent sandy, surfing beach of Woolacombe towards Putsborough and Baggy Point beyond.
Furnished and equipped to a high standard this apartment provides delightful accommodation in an open plan design with patio doors leading out to the pretty decked veranda. With a brand new, bespoke kitchen installed for the 2020 season including Neff ovens, everything is on hand to make food preparation easy whilst still being able to join in conversations. There are two attractive bedrooms. The master with super-king has the same stunning sea views and also benefits from its own en-suite shower room and the second is a twin with zip ‘n’ link option to super-king on request. There is a separate family bathroom, with bath and shower over, thus offering total flexibility for both families, and couples.
Outside steps lead up to the communal grassed area with stunning sea views.
The award-winning beach and local amenities including shops, surfing equipment hire, family friendly pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep. If you can tear yourself away then why not have a walk out to the Bull Point Lighthouse from the neighbouring village of Mortehoe or have a family day out at one of the local attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and theme Park, Exmoor Zoo or the National Trust owned Arlington Court all of which are within a short drive.

Exceptional and well equipped apartment , with many thoughtful little touches. Outstanding views and well located for restaurants ,shops,beach. Felt very welcome .

All the instructions and introduction were excellent. There was lots of equipment and everything you need for the stay. It felt welcoming and very comfortable.
I have just returned from my weeks holiday at Shoreline in Woolacombe. The holiday was great and the apartment was superb. I just wanted to the yourselves and the owner for the amazing apartment and the facilities. The welcome cake and all the equipment were most welcome. Thanks again for giving us a memorable holiday.
