Shore Line is a ground floor apartment sleeping six people and two dogs situated in a quiet location yet only 500 yards from Woolacombe beach. One of just eight similar properties sharing a patio and gardens with a barbecue, it also benefits from an outdoor hot shower and private off-road parking. Inside the apartment, there are two bedrooms and a double bed settee in the living room providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit a variety of groups. The apartment also has a ramp, extra wide doors and oak effect laminate flooring throughout, making it ideal for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and airy with leather settees surrounding the wall-mounted 50 inch plasma Smart television with 5.1 home cinema and Sky box for Freeview HD channels. Both of the bedrooms are cosy and well decorated and share the use of the modern wet room with a power shower. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a large communal area with built-in brick barbecue, lawned areas, an outdoor hot shower and individual outdoor secure lockers for surf boards, wet suits and bicycles. Sand Dunes is just a couple of minutes’ walk from Woolacombe's three mile stretch of golden sand which has been voted number one in the UK by TripAdvisor guests for the last two years. It also holds the England For Excellence Gold Award for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. Lifeguards ensure safe swimming during the summer. However it’s not just the beach that brings visitors to Woolacombe. There's a wide selection of restaurants, teashops and bars to enjoy while the laid-back atmosphere makes it a firm favourite for people of all ages.
