Description
This spacious detached bungalow offers the most magnificent views over Woolacombe Bay and towards Lundy Island. Quietly situated in an elevated position yet just a 10 minute downhill walk to the wide expanse of surf washed sands and all the amenities of the award winning beach resort of Woolacombe -named "Best Beach in UK" by Tripadvisor, it also holds the England for Excellence Gold Award. Number 53 has recently been refurbished to offer a beautifully presented holiday home in a fresh contemporary style. In addition, it has a large outdoor space designed to take advantage of the wonderful views and provide an ideal area for relaxation and alfresco dining. The spacious, attractive and very comfortable open plan living area has bi-fold doors to extend the living space out onto a large decked area which offers a comfortable rattan outdoor suite as well as a table and benches. A high quality, well equipped kitchen offers all you will need should you wish to dine in or you may prefer to sample the local eateries including a selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants close by in centre of the village. You can wake up to the wonderful sea views in the master bedroom through the floor to ceiling French windows which also provide access to the spacious decked area - this bedroom also benefits from ensuite facilities. Two further, well presented, bedrooms and a family bathroom completes the internal accommodation. Woolacombe is ideal for a beach holiday, quiet walks along the beach and the coastal footpaths in the quieter months and in addition provides a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Devon with its spectacular coastal scenery and Exmoor National Park.

Bedroom 1 with King with ensuite shower room with WC and Basin. Bedroom 2 with Double. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (suitable for children). Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi Fi Broadband. Max 4 adults and 2 children . No smoking. Regret no Pets, however please note the owners dog may occasionally visit the property. Outdoor furniture. Parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus additional roadside parking. Under decking open storage. No Short breaks. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
