Kittiwake is part of the newly developed seafront Crossways Court, which has been finished to a high standard with outstanding facilities. It enjoys the perfect location on The Esplanade, in the centre of Woolacombe with a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and the exceptional three mile stretch of golden sands only a stone's throw away. The apartment sits opposite Combesgate Beach giving easy access to the beach and coastal path with offers more breathtaking views.
The accommodation is reached by 20 steps at the front of the building. There is one private allocated parking space with three additional visitor spaces when available to visitors of the whole building. You can enjoy uninterrupted views out to sea as far as Lundy Island giving this lovely home an enviable location. The principal living area has been thoughtfully split to make maximum use of the two large bay windows overlooking the beach and sea, with comfortable seating and a dining table enjoying prime spot for surf watching. A separate, contemporary kitchen has another less formal small table for breakfast and there is a ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs there are three stylish and comfy bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities and wonderful sea views and the third served by a separate family bathroom.
The complex has a communal area out the back with direct access onto National Trust land, along with a good sized South West facing patio to the front enjoying dramatic sea views. The three mile stretch of golden sand has been voted number one in the UK by TripAdvisor guests for the last two years. It also holds the England for Excellence Gold Award for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. However, it’s not just the beach that brings visitors to Woolacombe. There is a wide selection of restaurants, teashops and bars to enjoy while the laid-back atmosphere makes it a firm favourite for people of all ages

This property is in a wonderful position and is well equipped with everything that one could need. The property was clean and well presented and Janet the housekeeper could not have been more helpful - even though she was not actually working that particular week. We so enjoyed our stay that we tried to book for next year but unfortunately the school summer holidays are already fully booked.
