Description
Hazelmere is a luxury house on three levels surrounded by quiet countryside but within a mile of Woolacombe and its award-winning beach. Sleeping eight people and two dogs, this detached property has stunning views, a roof top terrace, raised patio and large lawned garden. The spacious lounge/kitchen has a woodburner stove to accompany the gas central heating in the chillier months, a wooden floor, 50” television and plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas; whilst the well-equipped kitchen enjoys a breakfast bar with seating and plenty of storage space. You can’t help but be drawn to the windows in the dining room – the view is stunning! At one end, there is another comfy seating area with a television and the other has the dining table and patio doors leading out onto a roof top terrace with outside furniture and built-in barbecue. Completing the rooms on the ground floor is a useful shower room and a utility which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor has three of the four bedrooms – a King, Double and Single (with pull-out Single trundle bed) and a family bathroom. On the top floor is a beautifully furnished Twin bedroom. Outside, the steep unmade drive has enough parking for four cars with more at the top near the house. There is a single garage for storage of outdoor equipment and a side patio overlooking the lawn which is perfect for a spot of al-fresco dining after a day exploring North Devon.
