This spacious, contemporary apartment, sleeping 6, overlooks the surfing beach at Woolacombe and is right in the middle of the village. Clevelands has been fully refurbished to provide spacious, high quality holiday accommodation that you just won’t want to leave at the end of your break away. The entrance is on the ground floor and stairs lead up to the first floor and into a long hallway with useful storage. The open-plan L-shaped lounge/dining room has large windows at the front which make the most of the sea view with comfortable seating and large dining table. French doors open out onto the decked balcony with outside furniture. This balcony is West facing out to sea and enjoys the sun until dusk and then the most amazing sunsets over Lundy Island. The modern kitchen has white high-gloss units and is very well-equipped. An informal breakfast room at the back of the apartment has a breakfast bar and could also double up as a games room thanks to a television and Playstation. A useful utility room, also at the back, leads out onto a fully enclosed, partially covered roof patio with outside shower. This area also has outside furniture and provides an alternative area to the balcony at the front for al-fresco dining. A cloakroom completes the accommodation on the first floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms each with a television and sharing a bathroom with walk in shower. Outside, an allocated parking space is available within 300 yards of the apartment. Traffic-permitting, you may be able to unload your car in front of the apartment when you first arrive. For groups with more than one car, there is a choice of car parks in the village.

Cleveland's is a wonderful home away from home property. It’s location just a 5 minute walk from the beach ticks all the boxes for a great beach holiday and fantastic walks. It is a spacious well equipped property with great views out to sea. I would definitely recommend this property.
