Description

Cala Vista is a reverse-level house which has been designed to make the most of the amazing sea views over Woolacombe Bay. Sleeping eight people and one dog, the holiday home has a large glass balcony, pretty patio and relaxing lawn garden – and is just a ten-minute stroll from the village itself. The spacious living area has a wooden floor and floor-to-ceiling patio doors which open out on a glass screened balcony. This wide balcony has outside furniture and a panoramic view which will take your breath away. The fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of storage space; whilst there is a separate dining table near the patio doors for more formal dining. Comfortable leather sofas are well placed to take advantage of the views. On the lower floor all the bedrooms have a sea view – the master also benefits from an en-suite shower room and patio doors out onto the terrace and garden. A large conservatory, leading off one of the twin rooms, opens onto the mature landscaped gardens which are on several levels and together with a small lawn provide a lovely area to enjoy a relaxing evening meal. There are activities to suit the whole family, in particular those centred around the amazing beach and ocean coastline in this popular area of North Devon.
