52 The Greenway is on a small exclusive site between Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park with private access to the Northam Burrows which is part of the UK's first designated UNESCO Biosphere and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club.

The property is at the beginning of a private cul de sac and benefits from a fully enclosed patio and an open-plan living area on the first floor with patio doors opening out onto a balcony with views. The kitchen is beautifully designed to make the most of the space and is very well-equipped with everything you’ll need to rustle up a delicious evening meal to enjoy. The sitting area benefits from a large corner sofa and easy chairs arranged around the television. On the ground floor there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms – a king, double and a twin with a zip n link twin option to Superking – all with Smart TV’s and two with en-suite shower rooms. All of the properties on the development have been designed to make the most of the beautiful countryside and coastal views with special care taken in both the external and internal design of every property to ensure each one slightly different.

All of the properties have private access to the Northam Burrows which boasts sand dunes, salt marsh, grassland and rocky shore and is teeming with wildlife, including rare plants, insects, birds and stunningly vivid lichen. But Westward Ho! is not just about the beach. The town has everything you need for a great family holiday, with a range of food outlets catering for all tastes (and some award-winning cakes!) and seaside shops to explore. Royal North Devon Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country and is regarded as the St Andrews of the South. The golf course is as tough as any of the UK’s more famous links layouts and has recently been placed in Golf World's "Top 100 Courses in the World" that a golfer “must play”.
