With stunning views of Saunton Sands and direct access to the beach, 2 Ocean Point is a paradise for beach-lovers. This duplex apartment is one of a collection of individually designed contemporary apartments which benefit from gated parking and communal landscaped gardens with secure storage facilities. Number 2 has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space which has bi-folding doors opening out onto a wide balcony where the view over the three-mile expanse of Saunton Sands is breathtaking! The living room has plenty of comfortable seats, whilst the white high-gloss kitchen is well-equipped. The dining space has a modern table and chairs and enjoys stunning view over the beach from floor to ceiling windows. On the lower floor, the two bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto the patio and in turn onto the lawned communal garden. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds with a family bathroom next door. Outside the communal gardens give access to the coastal path leading directly to the beach and there is also an outside shower ideal for washing off any sand when you return from the beach and a secure storage locker for housing surf boards, long boards and wet suits. If you don’t fancy the short walk back to the apartment for lunch, there is a café and shop on Saunton Sands beach from where you can also hire a beach hut for the day.  For the keen golfer, Saunton Sands Golf Club offers 36 holes of championship links with truly breath taking sea views. The well-known villages of Croyde and Braunton are nearby, both offering a wide selection of restaurants, shops, pubs and bars.
