Overlooking three miles of golden sands and dunes this wonderful apartment truly has magnificent views.  Situated within easy reach of the beach below which has a lovely beachside café.  The South West Coastal Path runs alongside and Saunton Golf Club with its 36-hole championship course is close by. Braunton, 3 miles away offers a great selection of individual shops, family-friendly cafes and restaurants, plus the village has access to the Tarka Trail cycle path. Croyde is just around the headland from Saunton.

With high quality furnishings and superbly presented in a contemporary style throughout, you will enjoy excellent accommodation, benefiting from under floor heating. 

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area opens out onto a balcony which offers privacy and a great vantage point to relax and enjoy the fantastic coastal views over this surfer's delight in North Devon. The gleaming hi-gloss kitchen units are complemented by granite work surfaces and a good range of appliances, utensils and accessories. The apartment has a circular, glass topped dining table and comfy sofa and benefits from Sky TV HD+ including movies, sport and kids’ channels.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with TV and storage space. The second bedroom is a Twin with TV. Both are served by one bathroom which is fully tiled and comprises a bath with shower mixer taps, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin, mirror and WC.

Outside, the communal garden has a path with direct access to Saunton Sands.  There is secure storage for surfboards and an external shower at the side of the building.  From the secure gated entrance and car park, the apartment has level access from the main lobby.

The flat is in a brilliant position within the building. Very quiet and the view could not be better. The shielded balcony is just the perfect place to sit all day.
