The pretty hamlet of Putsborough is set in rolling Devon countryside which leads down to the coast and although it is only 1 mile away from the popular surfing resort of Croyde, it feels like you are miles away from everywhere.
Just North of the hamlet is Putsborough Sands which form the southern part of Woolacombe Sands which stretches for 3 miles. It is one of the loveliest beaches in the South West with clear waters, inviting surf and plenty of rock pools to discover. Because of its location it is one of the quietest beaches which means even in the summer months you will find plenty of space to find your perfect spot.
Putsborough offers some fabulous walking whether it’s joining the South West Coast path and walking across Baggy Point to Croyde, strolling along the long golden sands to Woolacombe or taking a local footpath to the pretty village of Georgeham.
