Cedars Lodge is a delightful one bedroomed annexe with stunning garden and far-reaching countryside views just on the outskirts of Northam, between Appledore and Westward Ho! The property is all on one level and provides high quality holiday accommodation with a modern kitchen, spacious lounge and a bright sun lounge/diner. The lounge has two leather settees and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Sky Q – perfect for entertaining evenings in – and leads into a large sun lounge/dining room which also has comfortable chairs to relax in after an energetic day out exploring North Devon. Completing the living space, the well-equipped kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar and high stools for less formal dining. The large bedroom has enough space for a cot and is next door to the wet room which has a power shower as well as separate hand-held shower. Outside, Cedars Lodge has a private patio and level lawn garden which overlooks the surrounding countryside and benefits from a barbecue/firepit. There is space on the driveway for one car.

Cedars Lodge is within walking distance of the centre of the village which has a pub and village shop/post office and is in a great location to explore North Devon. It is just a short drive from Northam Burrows Country Park which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and also incorporates the historical Royal North Devon Golf Course. It is home to a diverse range of natural habitats, including salt marsh, open grassland, rocky shore and sand dunes; it is a haven for all kinds of wildlife, from vivid lichens to coastal birds. In the summer season, be sure to visit the Northam Burrows Centre (located towards the north of the beach) to discover more about the wildlife, or even join one of the free family events run by the team there.  Events range from rockpool rambles and nature walks to sandcastle competitions and treasure hunts! Further afield there is much to see and do in the area with attractions to suit most tastes including The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and RHS Garden Rosemoor.
