Farriers End is an impressive high quality and spacious detached cottage imaginatively converted from a former barn. It is perfectly situated in a rural landscape, opposite Lee Manor Farm on the headland, yet only a few minutes drive from the wonderful golden sands of Woolacombe Bay and the picturesque village of Lee. With vaulted ceilings, feature stained glass windows and Oak flooring throughout, original character features combine with contemporary styling to provide a comfortable and welcoming holiday retreat. The entrance door leads directly into the central hallway with the living area to the left and bedrooms to the right. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with country cream cottage style units complete with granite work surfaces and a belfast sink. Feature double doors lead to the living room where comfy leather sofas surround the attractive brick fireplace housing a wood burning stove, ideal for cosy cooler evenings following busy days exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. Just a few steps from the hallway lead up to the two lovely bedrooms both served by a separate ground floor bathroom.

Outside and approached by a flight of steps is a grassed area for children to play and a raised terrace to relax or enjoy al fresco meals while admiring the views over the countryside to the sea beyond. Keen walkers can take advantage of the many coastal and country paths leading almost from the doorstep and beach lovers have Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton nearby. With so much to enjoy in this popular area of North Devon.
