Description

The bustling Victorian town of Ilfracombe offers something for everyone. With gift shops, family friendly pubs, cafes, restaurants, a theatre and even fishing trips available from the harbour where the popular statue of Verity by Damien Hirst is also worth a visit. There is also a public swimming pool and 18 hole golf course a short drive away. Apartment Twenty Eight is ideally located within easy reach of all these amenities. A couple of minutes’ walk brings you to the small, pet friendly beach where children will love exploring rockpools and where you can enjoy watching the sun set on fine summer evenings.

Arranged over the first and second floors, the apartment is light, well maintained and nicely presented. Stairs lead up from the ground floor to the bathroom on the half landing. The well-equipped kitchen with living area is on the first floor.  As well as a breakfast bar with stools, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 4.  Both bedrooms – one with en-suite shower room – are on the second floor. Outside there is a roof terrace with table and chairs.

First Floor: Kitchen/living/dining room. Gas hob, elec oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  Comfy sofa and easy chair. 50” Smart TV with Netflix, Blu-Ray, DVD, radio, books and games. Dining area with table and seating for 4.

Second floor: Bedroom 1 with King, en suite shower room, WC heated towel rail and basin.  Bedroom 2 with twin.

Pets: One pet welcome

Parking: Guests with a car will need to buy for themselves a weekly permit or pay for daily/overnight use. The nearest car park is Ropery car park, in the road just behind the apartment but there are alternatives
