Description
Sleeping eight people in four bedrooms, Balmoral is just a few minutes away from the centre of Ilfracombe and has fantastic views of the harbour from its elevated position. This duplex apartment has been decorated and equipped to a very high standard and is great for larger families or groups of friends holidaying together. The stunning semi-circular lounge/diner is perfect to get everyone together to plan the day ahead or reminisce over the day just gone. There are large leather settees, a wooden dining table and a patio door leading out onto the decked balcony with picnic bench. Just off the lounge/diner is a large, modern kitchen with ample storage cupboards. All four bedrooms are well-furnished. The master bedroom has a super king and benefits from an en-suite shower room whilst the other 3 bedrooms, which are all twin bedded, share the use of the family bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms have patio doors out to a shared side balcony with sea views. On the lower ground floor, there is a second lounge with large 50” flat screen television, beanbags and comfortable seats. This room provides a handy “escape” for those wanting a quiet space to read or could be a “cinema den” for the younger members of the group. From this room, a locked door leads to a corridor which in turn leads to a communal bin store and a lift to all floors in the building. Outside, Balmoral has a delightful enclosed private garden with lawn and palm trees. It’s just a few minutes away from Wildersmouth Beach and all the harbourside restaurants, pubs and shops that Ilfracombe has to offer.
