This delightful barn conversion retaining some of its original features with oak beam is tucked away in the centre of the village of Croyde boasting a hot tub on the private patio area ideal for those sunset evenings to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day on the beach. The beautiful golden sandy beach known for its surfing is a short walk away you can hire boards and book surf lessons easily within the village. The National Trust owned headland of Baggy Point with its dramatic rugged coast is ideal for walkers and afterwards enjoy a cream tea at the coastal tea rooms on the way back.
With its stylish open plan living on the ground floor with real wood floors. The living area has two large faux leather sofas which provides ample seating space in front of the wood burner, fireplace and flatscreen TV. The dining table is positioned between the living area and kitchen space. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and filter coffee maker. Underfloor heating is provided throughout to ensure you are cosy and warm on cooler evenings and all year round. From the living room, a bi-fold patio door links the cottage to the enclosed garden with patio, hot tub and barbecue, a welcome outdoor area to further relax after a fun filled day out and about. Pets are welcome at the cottage and there is a lawn area beyond the sloped 'donkey ramp'.
Upstairs there are 3 compact bedrooms. There is a Super king-size bedroom Twin and Single bedded room. The contemporary family bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead and this room has a heated ceramic tiled floor.
There is one allocated car parking space, 20m along the path. The washer/dryer is located in the outhouse, just to the side of Yellow Cottage.
