Hidden away in a tranquil and private road is Laneside – an attractive bungalow just a short walk from the golden sandy beach in Croyde. The property is smartly presented with light and bright roomy accommodation. The dual aspect lounge has glazed double doors through to the modern stylish kitchen/diner where light oak units look attractive above a ceramic tiled floor and granite style worktops. Both of these rooms have sliding patio doors opening out to the enclosed lawned and terraced rear garden, an ideal spot for barbecues and al fresco dining on warmer evenings. There is a secure shed in the garden for bikes, surfboards and other beach equipment. Three tasteful bedrooms are accessed off the hall with the main double room having doors out to the garden. It also has an attractive en-suite shower room. The two roomy twin bedrooms are served by a separate principal bathroom.

Croyde village centre is a short stroll away and offers a wide selection of pubs and restaurants. Horse riding, sailing, surfing and cycling are all available as well as great coastal and inland walks. The beach in Croyde is one of North Devon’s most beautiful - a horseshoe bay of golden sand backed by dunes and lapped by the surf of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s popular all year round for surfing and the RNLI are there from May until September, throughout the Easter weekend plus October half term. There are rocks at either end of the beach providing pools full of hidden gems for children to explore. To the far side of the beach the headland of Baggy Point is owned by The National Trust and provides an exhilarating backdrop to the many paths. This whole area is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest due to its geological features. A short drive takes you to the stunning Exmoor National park with the tallest tree in England and the highest cliffs
