This modern, detached house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Croyde and provides spacious accommodation for eight people. Embleton has a sunny, south facing, private garden at the rear, two living rooms and four bedrooms. Its downstairs rooms are arranged in such a way that the group can either socialise easily together or have a little “quiet time” – something which is quite rare in many larger holiday homes. The main living room has comfortable seating around the curved television and French doors leading into the kitchen/breakfast room which in turn has bi-folding patio doors onto the fully enclosed rear garden. A second living room/snug has more settees and another television and is perfect for providing extra space for the group. A useful utility room with sink and cloakroom/WC complete the accommodation downstairs. Upstairs, there are four good-sized bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) and a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside, there is a driveway at the front with ample parking and a lovely lawn garden at the back. A patio is directly outside the kitchen/breakfast room and benefits from a large outside table and chairs and a barbecue – perfect for al-fresco dining on balmy summer evenings.  A handy outside shed is ideal for storing surfboards, wetsuits and pushchairs. The centre of Croyde with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and of course the beach is just a few minutes’ stroll. The beach in Croyde is one of North Devon’s most beautiful - a horse shoe bay of golden sand backed by dunes and lapped by the surf of the Atlantic Ocean.  The beach is popular all year round for surfing and the RNLI are there from May until September, throughout the Easter weekend plus October half term. There are rocks at either end of the beach providing pools full of hidden gems for children to explore.
