This delightful thatched Grade II listed cottage is centrally located within Croyde village, but tucked away with a lovely private garden and parking.  Literally a minute away from all the shops, restaurants and pubs, ideal for popping out for that morning coffee.  Pick up the path by Billy Budds, and within about ten minutes’ walk you can be on the superb golden sands of Croyde beach which is renowned for surfing.  Hire wetsuits or boards from one of the surf hire shops in the village.

The cottage offers a wealth of character and is a charming family home, the entrance porch with original oak front door leads you into the hallway with slate floor.  The sitting room with its comfortable large L shaped sofa, wooden flooring and feature Inglenook fireplace houses the, TV, DVD, Freeview and electric woodburner for cooler evenings, patio doors lead out to the private enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture.  The character kitchen/dining with slate floor and large Inglenook housing an old wooden pew is a warm and welcoming place to dine after a day out on the beach.

The ground floor bedroom overlooks the garden and provides twin beds.  You have a separate ground floor shower room with wash basin and WC also housing a washing machine.  The hallway also leads you to the rear porch and access to the garden, this area also stores a tumble dryer and is ideal for storing boots and wetsuits.

The first floor leads up to an open spacious hallway and bedroom one with double bed, vanity unit, and original leaded light window.  Bedroom two with twin beds.  Bedroom three with double bed and views over the garden.  Main family bathroom with washbasin.  Separate WC.
