Torcliffe enjoys a dramatic position looking over Combe Martin and along the coast. This detached home can be reached up a quiet narrow lane from the village. It is a spacious bungalow with a light and airy open plan layout and large bay windows taking full advantage of the stunning views. It has been furnished in a contemporary style throughout with newly fitted decking spanning the whole elevation with the best sea views - a perfect setting for al fresco dining as guests enjoy the sun setting across the water. An up to date large kitchen makes dining in a popular choice with the dining table positioned to take full advantage of the views. The dual aspect lounge has equally spectacular views. The main double bedroom opens onto a small level enclosed garden and the twin room enjoys views up the valley towards Exmoor. The home has an entrance porch and boot room providing secure storage for surfboards, bikes and beach equipment. Large sloping gardens surround the property. The well-known Grade II listed Pack O’ Cards Inn looks over Combe Martin beach and the village also has a general store/post office. Combe Martin is well known for its Wildlife and Dinosaur Park; a 28-acre attraction that has a passion for encouraging respect for the natural world. As well as lions, wolves, sea lions, monkeys, wallabies, exotic birds and more, the park is well known for its life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. The village consists of one long street that is wedged into the valley and runs for roughly one and a half miles from Exmoor to the Atlantic
