5 Rone Apartments could not be better placed to enjoy the sheltered sandy and rocky beach in Combe Martin, the South West Coast Path and Exmoor National Park. Situated right in the centre of the village, this second floor apartment has a bright and airy feel.  The open plan lounge/kitchen/ diner is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has patio doors leading out onto a balcony which has enough space for a small table and chairs. The large master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a further bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. Outside, there is an off-street private parking space for one car and a lift, plus 8 steps to get into the apartment. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Combe Martin beach is just a short stroll from 5 Rone Apartments, where children and adults alike will enjoy relaxing on the sand or exploring the rock pools. The popular Grade II Listed Pack O’ Cards Inn is very close by and there is a general store/post office in the village. Combe Martin is well known for its Wildlife and Dinosaur Park – a 28-acre visitor attraction that has a genuine passion for encouraging a respect for the natural world. As well as lions, wolves, sea lions, monkeys, wallabies, exotic birds and more, the park is renowned for its impressive life sized animatronic dinosaurs! Just a leisurely 30 minute drive away, you will discover the area’s three surfing resorts – Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde; while in the other direction, you’ll reach the stunning villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.

Absolutely loved staying here, the photos don’t do the apartment justice so we were over the moon. The shop next door is so handy and having the beach just a quick walk away is great. Would definitely stay here again.
