4 Rone Apartments in Combe Martin is ideally situated within walking distance of local facilities including family friendly eateries, a well stocked convenience store and the sand and rockpool beach.

This two bedroom apartment is designed over the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessed via a lift or stairs, with some additional stairs between the two levels. The kitchen and living room being on the upper floor to make the most of the valley, hillside and sea views.

All rooms are a good size, the open plan kitchen/living room being particularly roomy with lots of natural light and plenty of comfortable seating from which to enjoy the views whilst listening to music, playing games, watching TV or simply spending time just chatting. The kitchen is well designed, light and airy with plenty of storage and food preparation space. 

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower, 2nd floor, along with a convenient understairs cupboard housing the washing machine. The master bedroom is a super king with zip 'n' link option to twin (on request at time of booking). It benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 is a double. This room has patio doors which open onto a small balcony with table and chairs. A family bathroom is adjacent with shower over the bath, WC and basin.

Whether holidaying as a couple, with family or friends, there is plenty to see and do within this pretty area. If you enjoy walking, the South West Coastal Path runs through the village and has stunning views along its route - you may even catch a glimpse of Dave the Dolphin who has been known to frequent these shores. The young and young at heart will no doubt be enthralled when delving into the rockpools on the nearby beach, building fairytale castles out of sand or enjoying a family picnic. The local Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park provides an exciting and fun day out for all ages, whilst within a short drive you can be exploring the beautiful landscape of the Exmoor National Park with its everchanging scenery, famous ponies and deer. If you enjoy riding the waves, then a half hour picturesque drive takes you to a choice of the areas stunning surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. These, and many more places of adventure await your visit to North Devon!
