Situated in the older part of the popular village of Braunton, Wyndham Villa is just a short walk from all the village amenities including, shops, pubs and restaurants. The famous Tarka Trail starts just a few hundred yards away and is a perfect way to take in the scenery of the Taw and Torridge estuaries either on foot or bicycle. Keen birdwatchers, walkers and naturalists will find plenty to explore in the area. The property is laid out over 3 floors, the ground floor comprises of living room with wood burner for the cooler seasons. Separate dining room with large table and chairs and fully equipped modern kitchen where you will find all you need for preparing meals for the family. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, the master ensuite Super King with lovely views across the rooftops and two twin rooms. The stylish bathroom with free standing bath, black tiled floor and separate shower cubicle make this level complete the first floor. Stairs lead up to the second floor which has a further double room and separate shower room with WC and basin, to the right is the ‘Snug’ an ideal area for young children or teenagers to chill out with corner sofa, large TV, DVD player and Apple TV, there is also a vast selection of books and games. The elevated back garden offers stunning views across the rooftops towards Braunton Burrows and the sea beyond, accessed from the second floor ‘snug’ and across a footbridge, the two tiered decked areas are fully enclosed and an additional lawned area is ideal for child’s play. The location of this property makes it a great base for exploring the coastline and scenery of this beautiful part of North Devon, whilst also being handy for experiencing the village's bustling life. A choice of stunning beaches are within easy reach - Saunton Sands being less than 3 miles away, is just a five minute drive and Croyde Bay, only ten minutes by car.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable four night stay in this excellent, recently refurbished, three storey house in a quiet part of Braunton. Seven of us shared a reunion here and found that this very well furnished and stocked house suited our needs particularly well, for both relaxing, walking, visiting beaches and sightseeing.

I enjoyed a great stay with a group of friends at Wyndham Villa at the end of April. The house was attractively furnished and decorated, very spacious and comfortable for a large group - two big sitting rooms and plenty of bathroom facilities! The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining room big enough for us all. When the sun shone, the high level garden was a good place to enjoy the view with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Braunton has sufficient shops and nice places to eat, and the wider area has lots to see and do - seaside , gardens, National Trust
