Delightful barn conversion situated on the edge of the village of Berrynarbor yet only a short distance from the dramatic south west coastline and National park of Exmoor. Combe Martin is a small seaside resort with a sheltered sandy cove and is only 3 miles away or take the coastal path and hike along to Great Hangman (the tallest sea cliff in mainland Britain), or follow the 230 hidden steps down to Golden Cove for some spectacular views. The beautiful hotel Sandy Cove is only a five-minute stroll away so if your attending a wedding this would provide an ideal base.
This lovingly restored property has influences from the owners travels in Mexico. Steeped in history and once the old dairy for Watermouth Castle this has now been transformed into a light and spacious family home, with vaulted wooden washed ceilings in the bedrooms upstairs and open plan kitchen/dining/living rooms downstairs to take in all the light and surrounding countryside views. The kitchen has a dual range cooker for those cooking enthusiasts, and this will surely not disappoint being a very sociable area for those family gatherings. In the light and spacious living room with large comfy sofa it also has a woodburner for those cooler nights. Outside is a delightful garden with feature arbour walkway and raised patio area for those stunning countryside and coastal views.
