Description

Mirano is a large detached house surrounded by a level lawned garden situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple. Sleeping 8 people, the house benefits from two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor – perfect for anyone in the group who has limited mobility and prefers everything on the same floor. Upon entering the property, there is a useful hallway which is great for storing boots and coats. This leads into a white high-gloss well-equipped kitchen which has a breakfast bar and a kitchen table. This in turn leads into a utility room which houses a freezer and a washer/dryer. The lounge/diner is light and airy thanks to the many windows. It has a wooden floor, 50 inch television, comfortable seats and patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden and double patio. The two bedrooms which are on the ground floor have Twin beds and Bunk beds. They share the use of a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs there is a Double and a King bedroom, both having en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there is a fully-enclosed garden at the back with two patio terraces either side of the living room to make the most of the sun all day. Next to the lawn there is also a greenhouse so please take care whilst enjoying the garden!

The nearby market town of Barnstaple is the commercial and agricultural centre of North Devon. It is a charming place that comfortably blends a handsome past with an energetic, present-day buzz. It has a mix of cutting-edge retail outlets, long-established family owned stores and little boutiques.

Please note - the owners are sometimes in residence next door so have 2 further parking spaces set aside on the drive for themselves
