Sharon Egner – Property Manager

I am originally from Liverpool, but following a move via London came to North Devon to work in a bank before joining this company in 1986. At that time I was one of four Property Liaison ladies who between us built up the portfolio by visiting properties, meeting owners, helping to prepare each year’s brochure and taking bookings. In 1999 I left the company to spread my wings - but missed the work and my colleagues very much, I returned in 2006 and am now a Property Manager - a job which I enjoy, but which certainly keeps me on my toes! I married Phil in 1977 and we have two sons. I love gardening, reading and watching films.

Sarah Galliford – Reservations Consultant

After a wonderful trip around New Zealand I started working for the company in 2004. My initial role was as an Admin Assistant and through this I was also able to incorporate a day at college and achieved NVQs 2 & 3 in Business and Admin. My job now also involves taking bookings as well as visiting properties and meeting with owners.

My husband, Mark, and I have been busy renovating our home which we bought two years ago. We also have our son Finlay. When I can find the time I really enjoy horse riding, shopping and socialising with friends.

Belinda Speed Andrews – Reservations Consultant

I joined the team in March 2011. Originally from Yorkshire I spent 22 years in Malaysia before returning home and now live in Barnstaple. Before joining North Devon Holiday Cottages I worked for Sainsburys as coffee shop manager. I really enjoy my work and like getting involved in all aspects of office life as well as going out viewing properties and meeting owners.

Out of the office I enjoy playing the flute and piano, am a member of two choirs and also like to keep fit by cycling and running.

Tracy Spear – Reservations Consultant

Born and bred in Barnstaple, I joined the company in 1988 as Data Processor having previously worked in an accountants and as a secretary in an adult training organisation. My role has changed over the years and now as part of the reservations office I do also visit properties and meet owners.

Having been young, free and single when I first joined the company, I have recently celebrated 21 years of marriage from which I inherited a great stepson and lovely daughter in law who have given us two wonderful grandchildren to keep my hubby Dave and I on our toes!

Arlene Collins - Customer Services Manager

I am originally from Nottingham, but having spent many happy holidays in the area. I finally made the big move and I have never looked back.  I feel so lucky to be living and working in this wonderful part of the country.  For over 20 years I worked in area retail management and ran my own business prior to moving to North Devon, where I now work as Customer Services Manager.

I am married with 2 children - who keep me on my toes! we enjoy walking at the coast or in the countryside.  I love socialising, meeting new people and eating out and having recently taken up horse riding again I'm hoping to trek out soon with family and friends in and around Exmoor.  My favourite places to visit are Lynmouth - at ANY time of the year, Heddon's Mouth, finishing with a drink at the Hunter's Inn and also Putsborough and Coombes Gate beaches.

I would like to think I am a true ambassador for great customer service and genuinely hope all our visitors have a wonderful break in a property of their choice.
