The enchanting coastal village of Tintagel is close by with its famous castle steeped in legend and mystery. A little further along the coast are the picturesque harbour villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac, recently made famous by the BBC Doc Martin series. A twenty minute walk through the valley brings you to the fabulous golden sands of Trebarwith Strand and the popular surfing beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay are just a short drive away. Trevalley is ideally placed for a restful holiday and for exploring all that this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer.
This spacious welcoming home has superb flexibility and can be booked for parties of 2, 5 or 7 throughout the year.
The cottage offers a very good standard of accommodation whilst retaining much of its original character including picture windows and beamed ceilings. Full electric heating throughout and a woodburning stove in the sitting room provide ample warmth for the cooler seasons. Three Bedrooms - Stylish master double bedroom on main upper floor with ensuite wc & washbasin and wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to a pretty twin room and a single bedroom both served by wood panelled family bathroom/wc. with shower over bath. Good sized very comfortable sitting room with woodburner in feature fireplace, comfortable seating for 5, TV with full Satellite Plus Package, including Sports and Movies, DVD and delightful sea and country views. The attractive country kitchen/dining room with lovely oak beams has an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and radio/CD player. This room opens through to a sunny conservatory/further living area, where French windows lead out to lovely enclosed south facing gardens. These terraced gardens have a pretty patio area, built in barbeque, pond and garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline and make the most of outdoor living. On the garden level a games room with table tennis and pool table is available and will keep children of all ages amused for hours! This area includes a sofa and a tumble dryer for guests' convenience. Parking is available for 2/3 cars.
