The centre of this popular resort of Combe Martin is just a five minute downhill walk and offers a good choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops. The village is steeped in history and has much to offer for the young and the young at heart including rock pooling, kayaking, fishing, riding and a visit to the local silver mines or the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The heart of the Exmoor National Park is just a short drive and the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth and the large surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are all within a 20 minutes scenic drive.
