Wimbleball Reservoir offering windsailing and fishing is two miles distant, with trout fishing also available within five minutes walk. Dunster, with its fine castle and reputation as being the "prettiest village on Exmoor", is just a scenic 20 minute drive, whilst the coastal town of Minehead, and further beaches at Blue Anchor Bay and the famously picturesque Weir at Porlock are also easily accessible.

The lodge has been furnished to exceptionally high standards and is well equipped, including calor gas central heating and wooden flooring throughout. Three bedrooms, attractive double with TV, twin bedded with TV point, and L-shaped single bedded with additional pull-out bed converting to compact double. Spacious, high quality bathroom/wc with shower attachment. Very spacious and attractively furnished living/dining room with black leather suite, TV, DVD, CD,  iPod docking station and Wi-Fi connection. Dining area with seating for six. Fully fitted kitchen area with elec cooker, gas hob, microwave and slimline dishwasher. Utility room/wc with washing machine and tumble dryer. Magnificent lake and countryside views can be enjoyed from the property, and French doors lead onto verandah with table and chairs. Private lawned area to side and parking for 2/3 cars.
