Being close to one of the main routes between Barnstaple and Ilfracombe the cottage is an ideal touring base from which to explore the area, with the major town amenities at Barnstaple within five minutes and the Victorian resort of Ilfracombe, Exmoor and choice of wide sandy surfing beaches less than 10 miles scenic drive away.
