The twin village of Lynmouth, with its delightful harbour, gardens, shingle and rock beaches is easily accessible by walkway, road or the famous funicular cliff railway. Many famous beauty spots are also easily accessible including the Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet and the Doone Valley with breathtaking coastal and country walks direct from the village.

Fifteen very steep steps from the rear door lead to the rear hillside natural garden (may not be suitable for unsupervised young children). Free roadside parking close by.
