The three mile long, surf washed sandy beach is ideal for surfing with sunsets that can be truly remarkable. Sea fishing trips are available from nearby Appledore with its narrow cobbled streets, interesting history and excellent seafood restaurants where you can enjoy the locals' daily hauls. A short drive will bring you to the Elizabethan port of Bideford with all town amenities and picturesque quayside.
