Village pub at Langtree just a mile distant, with golf, swimming, RHS Gardens Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and access to the Tarka Trail and the historic Cavalier town of Torrington approx 15 minutes drive. There is a choice of sandy beaches, rocky coves and spectacular clifftop walks along the nearby Bideford Bay coastline all within 20 minutes scenic drive. The market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are also easily accessible.
