The spacious living room is double aspect, and complemented by the adjoining conservatory, which has stunning views across the garden to open countryside and the sea. A modern oak kitchen and utility room are well equipped. Two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation. The enclosed front and rear gardens have a patio and level lawn. For enthusiastic walkers The Knapps is within easy walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and is an ideal location at any time of year.
